Well went out overnight this week. Called Jeff to see when he could comeLook at it. He was on a job but said he would get to it ASAP. Next day he arrived pulled pump 300 feet deep and found out it was the wire near the pump. Did not try to sell me on a new pump, but the pump was 22 years old. Decided while it was out to repair wire and replace pump because of years of service. Checked everything else while it was out and I had water a short time later. Would definitely recommend them for fair honest service. Jeff is a great guy

Great family owned company. Talked with Tim the owner, when we woke up this morning and our bladder for our well was busted. We home school 5 kids, 2 of which have special needs. We had no water until this was resolved... I tried to fix it this morning myself before I called. But didn't have the equipment. He call his tech and he sent out Josh. Josh quickly fixed the problem. Within 3 hours of calling, the tech arrived and was already repairing our well, new bladder and fittings. Thank you all and God Bless for all you did to help us. You have some idea, but I don't think you have the whole idea of the gratitude we have for you and your family, and company. I knew we were being blessed simply from talking to Mr Tim this morning, and then Josh himself, said he would keep us in prayers. Highly recommend this family to my friends and family. Each call made to the office speaking with Taylor was quick Proficient and informative. When Jeff Justice came out and gave the quote they gave us a straight forward professional quote telling us what was wrong what routes they could take and which will be best for our circumstances. Best Rate Plumbing has certainly named their business RIGHT Had to finish up a DIY bath reno and replace the 30year old, leaking 3handle fixture in the tub. Jeff and Justice had it completed in 75 minutes Impressed by their knowledge pipes were in the bedroom CLOSET and experience. I can't say enough great things about Best Rate Plumbing Jeff was so helpful, prompt and honest. We had quite a list of plumbing needs installation of tankless hot water heater, leaking kitchen sink, digging outcapping an old irrigation line, and installation of a new shower faucet. He was happy to help us with everything and got it done very timely. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

My mom had a well pump issue, they came out and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to call them again for any well or plumbing problems.

Absolutely amazing job done by Jeff and Best Rate Plumbing today. We woke up to no water from our well which is never a good thing. They came within a few hours and had us up and running in less than an hour. Glad to support a locally owned company who does great work Definitely will use them again.

Best Rate should change their name to Best Service I called about a busted water heater at 8am, by 1pm there was already a technician there to estimate the job. The quote was very reasonable, and they completed the job by 4pm. They put down drop clothes to protect our floors, and were extremely professional in every aspect of their work. I was informed about the extra work needed to bring everything up to code from the beginning, but was not over sold on anything. They are a local family run business, the owner was the one who initially responded to my FB comment looking for service. There is good reason everyone in my neighborhood recommended these guys, they are the best

Jeff and his assistant made quick work of a slow drainage issue that had been annoying me for quite awhile. He also managed to replace a broken valve in the 30 minutes he spent at my house.

Joshua came out on a Saturday afternoon. I had a major blockage somewhere in the pipes under my house. I couldn't use either toilet, and sewage was backing up in my shower. My house is only 2 years old. Joshua spent over an hour with me. He discovered a blockage from outside possibly a cracked pipe. He cleared the blockage with his 175' power snake, made sure I was good to go for the weekend and scheduled Jeff to come out on Monday with a camera to see exactly what and where the problem is. Joshua was patient, thorough, and kind. I appreciated all he is doing for me. He explained the costs upfront and I thought they were more than fair I strongly disagree with that sarcastic customer who wrote a review 2 years ago. I highly recommend Best Rate Plumbing.
